The content of this website is ours unless stated otherwise. Brand names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, job position, location, the service you are interested in and your message. Job position and location are optional. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.

We use these details only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR article 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (article 6.1.f). We do not sell your data, send newsletters or make automated decisions about you.

Who else handles it

  • Hostinger International Ltd. hosts this website and our email, inside the EU.
  • Formspree, Inc. (USA) delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Your form details are therefore transferred to the United States under Formspree's data processing terms.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) handles the conversation only if you choose to contact us there.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, we keep what the law requires for business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@nndgroup.io. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
